Frequently asked questions
What is the lifespan of clay tiles?
With quality installation and maintenance, 60–100 years. Sheet-metal elements have a shorter lifespan (20–40 years), so we account for them separately.
When is a flat roof more suitable?
Flat roofs suit office and industrial buildings where the roof is used, for example for photovoltaics. For a family home it depends on the architectural concept.
